Follow up with all non-appointment incoming Service calls. Follow up with appointments and missed appointments. Confirm all pending Service appointments. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and safety standards Efficiently schedule, coordinate daily appointments to ensure steady, high-volume flow of clients. Conduct high-volume outbound calling campaigns while promptly and professionally answering inbound returned calls. Perform any other duties assigned.
