Requirements: Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree Heavy medical optometry experience required Residency training preferred; new graduates must have completed a relevant residency Ability to work independently and travel to multiple sites Willingness to work in correctional facility settings Comfortable managing complex ocular and systemic conditions Excellent communication and organizational skills
