The successful candidate will be responsible for both nurturing existing relationships with key partners and actively seeking out and establishing new strategic partnerships. This is a high-impact, revenue-owning position that requires a leader with a proven track record in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, particularly in the enterprise space. The role involves not only the day-to-day management of partner relationships but also the strategic development and execution of partnership plans to drive revenue. The VP will be expected to own a partnership-sourced revenue target, build and lead a team, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of the partnership strategy. Applicants for the VP, Strategic Partnerships role at the company should have 8-12+ years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in managing enterprise partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the industry, including experience with wellness platforms, ben admin systems, and PEOs.
