About the role
Managing digital media initiatives for non-profit clients, the full-time salaried Senior Digital Media Planner will develop and oversee cross-channel paid digital media campaigns, focusing on donor acquisition and revenue generation in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
Develop strategic plans and projections for existing and incoming clients while collaborating with internal and external teams
Analyze campaign data to improve performance and ensure timely delivery of multichannel plans and reports
Provide leadership and mentorship to the Media Planning team, while executing tasks to deliver flawless digital campaigns
Required qualifications
8+ years of experience in developing and managing digital media campaigns, with at least 2 years in a senior role
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in marketing or communications
Extensive knowledge of programmatic media, search, and paid social advertising
Experience with e-CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Convio/Luminate Online, Salsa, or Classy preferred
Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
