About the role
Manage and operate tyreman daily activities to ensure work is performed in a technically correct, safe and efficient manner, conform with company's standard and policies.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Metric To monitor and control tyre operation, attain equipment target availability and provide service to satisfaction of all tyres and users. All tyres and users are proven to be satisfied with the provided services. Develop and manage tyre forecast replacement, matching and repair plan while ensuring tyre recording system is good maintained. Tyre recording system is good maintained. Responsible to conduct tyre preventive maintenance list; front tyre replacement schedule, rim replacement schedule; tyre condition check on the unit in daily check pressure activities. All of the tyre-condition related processes are accurately conducted. Control sub ordinates to do the unit breakdown job in safe and on time completion. Unit breakdown jobs are completed in a safe and timely manner. Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome - SHE risk well maintained - Target Zero LTI - SHE Management System meets the current ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3 & SMKP standards and requirements Education High School Graduate of Engineering Skill, Knowledge, and Experience 2-3 years experiences as tyre supervisory in Mining Industry Has good knowledge with haul road analysis, TKPH, tyre selection and management. Has good capability to perform Tyre Failure Analysis. Good in managing tyre site reports Has Good knowledge tyre repair and maintenance. Proactive safety attitude and demonstrate to sub ordinate Fluent in English, bothspoken and written is an advantage Certification If candidates do not meet the requirements specified in the Education section, evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with KKNI Level 6.
