Key Responsibilities: Repair laptops/desktops (hard drives, motherboards, keyboards).Perform unit swaps and peripheral repairs. Close service tickets in real time using company systems. Provide customer-facing technical support onsite. Travel extensively within the metro area (mileage reimbursed).

Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required.1+ years of hands-on laptop/desktop repair experience. Computer-building background preferred. General knowledge of hardware/software and Microsoft applications. Must have own reliable car and insurance. Background clearance may be required.
