About the role
Role Media and Buffer Preparation Supervisor overseeing media, buffer, and stock solution preparation in biopharmaceutical cell therapy manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include managing daily operations, prioritization, troubleshooting, team leadership, and ensuring GMP compliance; supporting process improvements, scale-up, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
BS in Biochemistry, Engineering, Biology or related field with 7+ years industry experience (MS with 6+ years acceptable); hands-on experience in media/buffer prep, GMP operations, and team leadership in lab or manufacturing settings. Preferred Experience with cell or gene therapy manufacturing, automation, digital manufacturing systems, and Industry 4.0 tools. High-Value Cell/gene therapy, GMP manufacturing, bioprocess support, scale-up, automation, industry experience, leadership. Work Setup On-site five days/week, Boston MA, with ad hoc flexibility.
