Cresco Labs is seeking a hands-on Processing Supervisor at our Yellow Springs, OH facility. You will lead a team in post-harvest activities like deboning, sifting, grading, trimming, remediation, and sanitation, ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. You’ll support QC, scheduling, training, and productivity tracking while reporting to site leadership. The role requires supervisory experience, 2–3 years in production, strong SOP adherence, and the ability to manage learning
