About the role
Motivated and ambitious, the full-time remote Case Builder and Service Representative will provide support for transportation accounts, troubleshoot platform-related issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
Key responsibilities
Provide ongoing support to clients and internal teams related to the Employee Navigator platform, addressing enrollment questions and system configuration issues
Respond to support requests promptly and maintain accurate documentation of support activities and case updates
Collaborate with Account Managers and operational teams to ensure quality control and process improvement initiatives are met
Required qualifications
Minimum high school degree
2+ years of customer service, benefits administration, or employee benefits experience preferred
Experience with Employee Navigator strongly preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and shared collaboration tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
