We're adding a Customer Service Representative to our Tampa team who will be the organized, dependable voice that customers count on for every order, question, and follow-through. About the Role:
A year from now, you'll know our customers by name, and they'll know you. You'll have mastered our product line and order systems, become a trusted point of contact for our client base, and played a real role in keeping our sales engine humming. This is a support role, not a sales role, but your impact on customer satisfaction and retention is just as real and just as meaningful.
What You'll Do:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat• Process orders accurately and follow through to ensure timely, accurate delivery• Build rapport with customers and maintain detailed, up-to-date account information in our systems• Coordinate with the sales team on orders, promotions, special requests, and customer needs• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating to the right team members when needed• Support the team on event planning, marketing initiatives, and special projects• Maintain organized records and thorough documentation of customer interactions
What We're Looking For:
