About the role

About the Role: Scotch & Soda is looking for a Wholesale Sr. Account Executive to own and grow the Women's wholesale business across department store, specialty, and rental accounts. You'll manage key partner relationships, build out our regional showroom and agent network, and lead expansion into new channels and markets, including in-store presence, SMU programs, Mexico, and an Amazon launch.
Key Responsibilities: Account Management Manage growth of current and target accounts, including US major department stores and e-tailers Maintain relationships with, and coordinate with, agents for specialty accounts in the US and Canada Partner with the Merchandising and Design teams to share sales insights (best and slow sellers) and identify opportunities Develop and manage SMU programs Maintain sales order book and selling reports Markets & Tradeshows Hold NYC market appointments and presentations to current and prospective stores and accounts Attend regional tradeshows alongside regional showrooms as needed Enlist and manage regional showrooms and agents Growth Initiatives Expand in-store presence with key department store partners Pursue other US major retailers and grow the Mexico business Support the Amazon launch Qualifications 5–8 years of wholesale sales or account management experience in fashion/apparel Proven experience managing department store and specialty accounts Experience working with showrooms, sales agents, and/or reps Strong understanding of market weeks, line selling, and retail math Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with merchandising and design Willingness to travel for markets and tradeshows Experience with marketplace/e-commerce channels or international growth (Mexico/Latin America) is a plus
