About the role

Ulteig is seeking a full-time Senior Environmental Specialist to help clients navigate NEPA compliance and environmental due diligence across transportation, renewables, power and water sectors. This role may be based in Minnesota or Iowa offices or remote in the Midwest. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage field efforts, coordinate with agencies, prepare reports, and help grow Ulteig''s client base. Travel is occasional; strong communication and detail orientation are essential.
