About the role
Pay Pal seeks a dynamic general manager to lead a broad, geographically diverse debt-collection team across Pay Pal products. You will monitor performance, partner with Strategy & Analysis, Product, and Engineering, and drive strategic initiatives to reduce losses and improve customer experience.
In this role, you will collaborate with business leaders, Legal, Compliance, and Regulators while coaching senior leaders and driving operational excellence in a balanced, hybrid work environment.
