About the role
- Receive and process transportation reservations, primarily through Microsoft Outlook email and occasionally by phone
- Enter reservations into the shared Outlook calendar and assign appropriate driver numbers
- Send reservation confirmations and related communications to requesters
- Respond promptly and professionally to client questions and requests via email and phone
- Coordinate with drivers and the Executive Fleet Coordinator to ensure vehicles are properly maintained, licensed, and insured
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports using Microsoft Excel
- Maintain accurate reservation, scheduling, and fleet-related information
- Monitor calendars and schedules to help ensure transportation services are properly coordinated
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day fleet and transportation operations
