Description:
- ResponsibilitiesSite Merchandising & Catalog Execution
- Support the setup, maintenance, and QA of Amazon Canada PDPs, ensuring content is accurate, complete, and aligned with ELC and Amazon requirements.
- Support new item setup and catalog execution for brand and product launches.
- Execute PDP and Brand Store updates based on established brand priorities and optimization plans.
- Monitor catalog health and identify issues across titles, bullets, imagery, variations, reviews, and other customer-facing elements for resolution.
- Support SEO and content optimizations using search trends and other available data.
- Execute content updates, troubleshoot issues, and validate that changes are implemented correctly.
- Conduct regular QA to ensure launches and content updates are delivered accurately and on time.
Business Support:
Support day-to-day management of Amazon Canada brands, helping ensure business priorities, launches, and key initiatives stay on track.
Support assortment planning and catalog maintenance, ensuring products are available on site and market-specific variants are accurately reflected.
Execute new product launch requirements.
Support promotional and key shopping event execution, including content readiness and post-event reporting.
Monitor business performance through regular reporting and help identify changes in Retail Sales, traffic, conversion, and inventory that require further investigation.
Maintain trackers, timelines, and other operating mechanisms that keep cross-functional teams aligned on key priorities.
Analytics & Optimization Support:
Track core Amazon performance metrics, including Retail Sales, traffic, conversion, ratings and reviews, and content health.
Support analysis of performance trends and customer behavior to help identify potential optimization opportunities.
Measure the impact of key content changes and optimizations.QualificationsQualifications2+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital merchandising, account management, marketing, or a related field.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Foundational understanding of ecommerce and digital merchandising.
Comfortable working with Excel and business reporting; experience with ecommerce analytics tools is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative, curious, and willing to learn.
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central, Seller Central, content management systems, or other retailer platforms is a plus.
