Salary Range: $27.00 - $33.00/hr. (37.5 hours per week)
Primary Responsibilities: ·        Provide sophisticated calendar management for Attorneys.o  Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements·        Complete a wide range of administrative tasks that facilitate the attorney's ability to effectively service internal and external clientso  Assisting with projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with clients and internal staff; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists·        Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external clients o  Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral or response, exercising judgement; access to internal/external information of a highly confidential nature·        Work closely with attorneys keeping them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilitieso  Anticipate needs in advance of meetings, phone calls, etc.·        Manage all aspects of the Practice Group's strategic/organizational plano  Evaluate and assist in developing procedures for improved workflow and anticipate future needs as the practice group grows·        On-going relationship building with external clients  Requirements:·        Prior work experience as an Administrative/Executive Assistant or Legal Secretary·        Professional approach to work with focus on client service; strong indicators are excellent communications skills, attention to detail, and initiative to complete tasks independently·        Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) ·        Ability to multi-task and adjust to changing work priorities on an as-needed basis·        Possess good organizational skills, judgment, and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly-motivated individual interested in working in an administrative capacity assuming a pivotal role in two fast-paced practice groups.
