The company self-performs commercial drywall and metal framing across the Upstate. This is a field-based leadership role: run the floor, keep subcontracted crews staffed and productive, and hold quality on cold-form metal framing and drywall before it reaches the owner. Low-turnover culture, bonus program, and a full package including a company vehicle. For a seasoned commercial framing superintendent who wants real projects to own and room to grow, this one moves fast. Anticipated $85K-$105K, based on experience Bonus eligible Company fleet vehicle Cell phone and tablet provided 401(k) and health insurance (Dental, Vision, PTO, holidays to confirm)
Overview: Run active commercial drywall and metal framing projects in the field: staff and drive subcontractor crews, verify material, and hold quality Catch cold-form metal framing and layout errors before they are buried behind board Coordinate with project management on schedule and manpower Hold finish quality on high-end commercial interior work before owner walkthroughs Take dedicated ownership of a project as needed Report to branch leadership
Preferred Skills and Experience
