You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. If you are energetic, goal-oriented, and sales-minded, we are excited to harness your talents in this rewarding opportunity to build your career.Prospect, quote, and sell property and casualty insurance policies (e.g., auto, homeowners, renters, commercial property, general liability).Prospect, quote, and sell life and health insurance policies.Follow up on leads and referrals.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in sales or a related field preferred.You must obtain the required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health) prior to your start date. The agency will assist you with the licensing process and reimburse associated costs upon completion and start of employment.
