Welder

Position: Welder Location: Houston, TX, 77064 Hiring both Day and Night ShiftsSkills: We are looking for someone who possesses excellent welding knowledge and is physically strong, and capable of working in a standing position for extended periods. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of 3 year of work experience in a similar role. Proficient knowledge of all aspects of welding techniques specially Mig Welding. Physical strength and ability to work in a standing position for extended hours. Comfortable working on elevated surfaces.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist workers in welding and cutting tasks. Lift, move, hold, or clamp workpieces to tables, jigs, or positions as directed, using hoists, pry bars, wrenches, hammers, and wedges. Clean workpieces to remove impurities, such as slag, rust, and grease, using wire brushes, portable grinders, hand scrapers, or chemical solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS: Proven work experience as a Welder or similar role. Demonstrated expertise in various welding techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications. Proficient in the safe use of welding equipment and tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
