About the role
Dedicated to supporting small business advertisers, the full-time Inbound Sales Retention Specialist will operate remotely from the Western region of the United States, providing exceptional customer support, consulting with clients, and showcasing the value of Yelp's advertising solutions.
Key responsibilities
Strengthen revenue retention by delivering timely customer support and consulting to current Yelp advertisers
Manage inbound phone inquiries, educating clients on ad performance metrics and handling escalated issues
Utilize internal tools to analyze data, draft proposals, and adapt product recommendations to meet client needs
Required qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
Proficiency with computers and information systems
Experience in account management, sales, advertising, or small business is preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple details in a fast-paced environment
Access to a hardline high-speed internet connection, as satellite internet or mobile hotspots are not acceptable
