About the role

Overview As Strategic Initiatives Lead you will translate customer insights and market signals into clear strategic recommendations to expand AWS opportunities across domains. You will build monetization and partner/incentive models, develop analytical frameworks, and create narratives that guide executive decisions. You will work with leadership to prioritize initiatives, manage multiple projects, and drive measurable business outcomes. This role combines rigorous analysis with cross-functional influence to shape the next phase of our customer success strategy and revenue growth. Compensation / Benefitshealth insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription)401(k) matchingpaid time offparental leaverestricted stock units (RSUs)sign-on payments Responsibilities Translate insights, engagement data, and feedback into strategic recommendations for beachhead and expansion opportunities across AWS domains Develop monetization strategies and partner/customer payment/incentive models Build analytical frameworks and evaluation tools to assess opportunities and optimize resource allocation Frame ambiguous strategic questions as analytical problems and synthesize data into executive-ready narratives Create high-quality strategy documents and executive presentations for leadership and external engagements Influence C-level and cross-functional leaders to align on expansion initiatives Manage relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support monetization and revenue strategies Oversee multiple concurrent strategic initiatives across different AWS domains Key requirements Experience assessing complex data sets and generating recommendations 7+ years in strategy, management consulting, analytics, or business strategy in a B2B high-tech environment Experience building analytical models informing expansion, monetization, or resource allocation decisions Understanding of partner ecosystem dynamics and channel business models Familiarity with customer success metrics and value realization frameworks (Time to Value, adoption metrics, ROI)structured thinkingstrong problem solvingexecutive communicationanalytical modelingdata synthesis across qualitative and quantitative sourcesdevelopment of monetization or revenue models
