- Pump Assembly (2nd Shift Focus)
- Assemble pumps, sub-assemblies, and related components using engineering drawings and work instructions
- Perform mechanical tasks including fitting, alignment, torquing, and installation of seals, bearings, impellers, and couplings
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, cherry pickers, reach trucks) to move materials and finished goods
- Track production and maintain accurate records in ERP systems
- Electrical & Mechanical Assembly
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Perform electrical assembly including wiring, connectors, and harnessing
- Complete mechanical assembly tasks such as fastening, fitting, and component installation
- Use calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify tolerances
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality standards are met
- General Manufacturing Assembly
- Assemble products according to specifications
- Test assemblies to confirm compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and improve processes
- What You NeedHigh school diploma or GED2–5 years of assembly or manufacturing experience
