About the role

UMass Chan Medical School seeks an Assistant Director of Energy Resources to oversee the Power Plant operations providing steam, chilled water, and electricity for campus facilities and hospital. You will manage staff, coordinate capital plans, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Under the Senior Director, you will supervise engineers and technicians, coordinate external labor, and oversee the plant and utility distribution systems to support resilient campus operations.
