About the role
Job Description:
This position is for 1st or 3rd shift: Monday - Friday
CFC is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Packager to join our production team. This role is responsible for accurately packaging finished products, ensuring quality standards are met, and preparing orders for shipment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Package finished goods according to company specifications and customer requirements
Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects prior to packaging
Label, sort, and prepare items for shipment
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with general production and warehouse tasks as needed
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals and deadlines
Qualifications:
Previous packaging, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40–50 lbs
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Team player with good communication skills
Schedule:
Full-time
Monday–Friday, 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
