About the role
Driving operational excellence in a remote full-time capacity, the Senior Revenue Operations Specialist will optimize go-to-market processes, enhance technology systems, and ensure data integrity to support the Revenue organization.
Key responsibilities
Identify operational challenges and develop scalable solutions to improve efficiency and productivity across the Revenue organization
Automate repetitive processes and build workflows that enhance team productivity using existing technology and integrations
Maintain and optimize the Revenue technology stack, including HubSpot and other key tools, to support Revenue initiatives effectively
Required qualifications
4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, or Customer Success Operations
Hands-on administration experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub
Experience implementing and optimizing Revenue technology and go-to-market systems
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for problem identification and decision-making
Demonstrated experience with AI-powered tools and automation platforms
