The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with international trade regulations, optimize customs and trade processes, and support SAP system integrations related to trade compliance.Key Responsibilities:Configure and support SAP GTS modules (Compliance Management, Customs Management, Risk Management, Preference Processing, and/or Sanctioned Party List Screening).Integrate SAP GTS with ECC/S4HANA systems and external customs systems.Work with global business and compliance teams to gather requirements and deliver SAP GTS solutions.Analyze and resolve issues related to import/export processes and trade regulations.Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, data loads, and troubleshooting.Ensure proper documentation of functional designs, process flows, and test cases.Provide user training and post-go-live support.Stay up-to-date with global trade laws, customs regulations, and SAP best practices.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.7+ years of experience in SAP GTS.Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance screening, and customs processes.Hands-on experience with SAP GTS modules (especially Compliance and Customs).Experience with integration of SAP GTS with ECC or S/4HANA.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and documentation skills.Experience with SAP Support and Change Management processes.Preferred Qualifications:SAP GTS certification.Experience with AEB or third-party trade compliance tools.Background in logistics, export/import operations, or trade compliance.Knowledge of tools like IDoc, RFC, BAPI, PI/PO, or middleware interfaces.
