THE ROLE: YOU WILL PLAY:The Business Development Director should possess outstanding sales experience, honed customer service skills and a passion for providing innovative business solutions in a variety of settings. Hunt for new relationships, identify market opportunities and bring them to close. Drive Client satisfaction throughout the entire lifecycle of the Client's buying process. Use the Company's sales tools and methodology to effectively manage opportunities, pipelines and forecasts. Meet or exceed annual sales quota.
Position Requirements: BA/BS Degree from a four-year college or university.10 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and developing new client relationships. Experience negotiating multi-year contracts valued up to 10 M$ annually. Proven track record of selling to C-level executives and senior decision-makers within medium to large organizations. Travel as dictated by business needs. Must reside in Eastern or Central Time Zone Features and
