Stone Security, a BearCom company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team. This role is crucial to driving our business growth through effective client management and sales strategies.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Account Manager at Stone Security, you will manage a portfolio of accounts, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Your role will encompass sales, account management, and business development activities.Key ResponsibilitiesSales: Learn and embody the Stone Security story and culture, confidently presenting our company and products to potential customers. Attract new opportunities through creative initiatives and best efforts.Account Management: Focus on building long-term client relationships beyond project completion. Negotiate multi-year support agreements and maintain robust professional relationships of trust.Business Development: Build strong industry partnerships with manufacturers, distributors, electrical contractors, engineering firms, and general contractors.Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives.Generate new sales opportunities using existing and potential customer networks.Resolve conflicts and provide timely solutions to customer inquiries.Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports on account status and performance. Qualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales account management or as a sales account executive.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
