About Us: Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is a family-owned, women-owned distributor that has served customers since 1972. We supply fasteners, construction products, industrial supplies, and safety products. We are growing, and we promote from within.
The Role: We're looking for an organized, dependable team player to handle material handling, order pulling, and stocking, with occasional backup delivery driving. Fastener experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person.
Schedule: 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Overtime is authorized by supervisors and is often needed.
What You'll Do: Pick, pack, and safely prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks Receive inbound shipments daily and confirm correct products and quantities Stage orders for will call and delivery Assist with outbound shipments (UPS, Fed Ex, freight, and local deliveries) and will call customers Enter accurate data in our system, using RF scanners: exact products, quantities, warehouse locations, and traceability numbers Handle inventory, returns, and periodic stock reviews, and flag any discrepancies Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and correctly stocked Make occasional deliveries in a non-CDL stake bed truck (satisfactory driving record required) Communication and Safety Report safety hazards and expected delivery delays to your supervisor immediately Ask your supervisor for help with products that can't be found or aren't available Work closely with receiving, shipping, and order pulling teams Physical Requirements Lift 50+ lbs regularly Stand for the entire shift (8+ hours)
