Hose Assembly Responsibilities:
- Assemble hoses, belts, clamps and other products to customer specifications- Use crimpers, saws, slitters, small presses and hand tools- Follow blueprints, drawings and written work instructions- Pressure test and inspect for quality- Perform daily machine and equipment inspections- Assemble large industrial hoses and clamp assemblies (hoses can be 30–50 lb and up to 8 feet)Requirements for Hose Assembly:- High School Diploma or GED- Minimum 1-3 years general warehouse or manufacturing experience in a manufacturing environment- Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook knowledge)- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills- Mechanical aptitude- Understanding of customer drawings and industry standards- Understanding of job sequencing and deadline's requirements- Problem solving and decision-making skills- Able to balance positive culture and teamwork environment- Able to lift up to 50lbsQPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
