- Vice President of Tax Compliance Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare and review federal, state, and local tax filings for financial services entities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Coordinate external auditor reviews of quarterly tax provisions and address related queries.
- Analyze large datasets for tax reporting, forecasting, and audit support, documenting findings effectively.
- Enhance tax data workflows, reconciliations, and controls using advanced technology tools.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, standardization, and risk reduction.
- Research and document tax issues for compliance, audit, and provision purposes.
- Support tax technology initiatives, including system enhancements and reporting solutions.

Vice President of Tax Compliance Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.5-7 years of tax experience, preferably in public accounting and financial services. Proficiency in U.S. tax compliance and IAS tax accounting standards.
Strong technology skills, including experience with data tools for tax reporting and compliance.
Ability to support tax technology initiatives, focusing on automation and efficiency improvements.
Excellent analytical skills to handle large datasets and complex tax issues.
