- Manage employee relations, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on company policies and procedures
- Develop and administer employee benefits programs, including compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with department heads to address performance management, employee engagement, and retention issues
