You will design custom agent frameworks, integrate them with GTM and capacity systems, and build workflow automation engines. This role requires a blend of technical engineering and strategic business analysis to evaluate large datasets and systematize processes across the entire GTM organization and to do so leveraging AI tools and agents. You will work closely with leadership to provide actionable insights that influence multi-billion dollar infrastructure decisions, ensuring our supply of compute, storage, and AI chips perfectly aligns with customer demand and Gemini model usage.

Experience building and deploying AI Agents or LLM-based applications in a production environment. Deep understanding of data center capacity planning concepts, including AI chip types (GPU/TPU) and hardware-level metrics. Demonstrated ability to build consensus across teams and manage competing interests across senior stakeholders; presenting and leading executive reviews. Demonstrated ability to operate in an unstructured environment and bring clarity through structured platforms and automated systems.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
