About the role
Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. is seeking an Area Business Lead, Rare Disease who will report to the Senior Business Director.
You will coordinate with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support teams to grow the Rare Disease portfolio and strengthen key accounts. The role emphasizes field coaching, development of regional plans, KOL engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional partners to deliver patient-centered value and compliant field execution.
