The successful candidate will be a B2B marketing leader responsible for driving sales engagement marketing within the corporate segment. This role is pivotal in ensuring a clear, consistent, and scalable engagement strategy that meets the industry-specific needs of distinct client audiences. The Vice President will be the day-to-day partner for senior sales stakeholders, owning the operating cadence, and guiding the evolution of targeted email and ABM programs. A strong cross-functional leader is required, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships, run intake and prioritization for sales engagement needs, and drive the adoption of marketing programs. Applicants must have significant B2B marketing experience, a proven track record in multi-channel program optimization, and the ability to create and run full-funnel marketing programs with a focus on measurable outcomes. Strong project management skills, exceptional communication, and the ability to influence and negotiate are essential. The role demands a leader who is proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and can drive work forward across multiple teams. While not mandatory, management experience and a background in building or scaling ABM and email-led engagement programs are preferred.
