Seeking an energetic and organized Call Center Training Manager, the full-time hybrid position will lead new-hire training, coach employees, and monitor performance to ensure teams meet company and client expectations. Key responsibilities Lead new-hire training and onboarding for contact center programs Deliver engaging training on client requirements, systems, and performance expectations Monitor performance metrics and develop targeted coaching or training plans to improve results Required qualifications High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Previous call center/contact center experience strongly preferred Experience in training, coaching, supervision, or team leadership preferred Strong understanding of contact center performance metrics and KPIs Ability to analyze performance trends and create actionable coaching plans
