About the Role:
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its mission of providing a foundation of support and services to children, youth, and families. The CEO will be the senior executive, accountable for the full enterprise, including its mission, culture, strategy, financial health, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities for the CEO include board leadership and governance support, executive team leadership, strategic direction, program quality, financial oversight, resource development, and community relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transformation leadership, a passion for the mission, and expertise in behavioral health service delivery. They should also bring strong business infrastructure and strategic modernization skills, as well as the ability to strengthen board governance and build comprehensive fundraising and development infrastructure. The successful CEO will be a visible and accessible leader, with the ability to manage through change while maintaining a focus on the organization's mission. They must be adept at fostering a workplace culture grounded in the values of respect, integrity, courage, and hope, and committed to equity, diversity, and inclusion. The role requires a leader who can serve as the company's ambassador, engaging in policy advocacy and building relationships across various sectors.
