Temporary Administrative AssistantThe Department of Administrations Division of Capital Asset Management & Maintenance (DCAMM) is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to our team. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive and customer-focused approach.Key Responsibilities:Answer and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner.Scan, organize, and maintain electronic and physical documents.Create, prepare, and distribute correspondence and other administrative materials.Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and special events.Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and data entry as needed.Support department projects and perform additional administrative tasks as assigned.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience in a professional office environment.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Friendly, professional, and customer-service-oriented demeanor.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.Previous experience scheduling meetings and managing calendars is preferred.Preferred Attributes:Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.Adaptability and willingness to assist with a variety of projects and responsibilities.This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team while gaining experience in a professional government office environment.
