$50.00/hour + Tips Want to Stand Out? Email tom@ontimetalent.com with your resume and a 60–90 second video showing us how you'd run a live break. Columbus Already Proved Sports Card Breaking Can Be a Real Job. If you're deep in the Columbus hobby scene, you've seen operations like Buckeye Bean Sports and Midwest Cards build audiences around live breaking and sports cards. So we don't need to convince you this industry exists. We need to convince you to bring your talent to Minnesota. Mount Olympus Rips is building its live sports card breaking team in Plymouth, Minnesota, and we're looking for an experienced breaker, live seller or serious hobby expert willing to relocate. We're paying $50/hour + tips. This is not a remote opportunity. And that's intentional. A professional breaking operation is a logistics business as much as it is a livestream. The product has to be received. Inventory has to be controlled. Breaks have to be prepared. Cards have to stay connected to the correct customers. Hits have to be protected. Thousands of cards have to be sorted, packed and shipped. Your stream is the front end of that entire physical operation. That's why our breakers are in the Plymouth studio with the cards and the team. What Makes Someone Great Here? You don't just open packs. You understand why collectors bought into the break in the first place. You know the rookies. You follow the prospects. You understand product hierarchy and parallels. You can recognize a case hit instantly. You know the difference between a $20 card and something everyone should stop and look at. And you can communicate all of that while entertaining a live audience. Experience with Whatnot, Fanatics Live, eBay Live or another livestream platform is valuable. An established audience is even better. But we're ultimately looking for talent, knowledge and presence. If you've already proven you can build a room, we'd like to see what you can do with a team, product and infrastructure behind you. Columbus has built some great breakers. Maybe Minnesota gets the next one. Want to Stand Out? Email tom@ontimetalent.com with your resume and a 60–90 second sample break. If you're already live somewhere, include your handle so we can check out your work.
