The Dewberry is seeking a Luxury Front Desk Host in Charleston, SC. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure accurate folio handling while delivering warm, anticipatory service aligned with brand standards. Collaborate with Front Office and other departments to create memorable stays, upsell where appropriate, and respond promptly to guest requests, with a goal of exceptional guest satisfaction and seamless operations.
