About the role

Leading a customer analytics practice, the full-time remote Customer Analytics Manager will manage analytics across customer behavior, competitive intelligence, and market insights, while mentoring a team of analysts and collaborating with senior leadership to drive strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities: Lead comprehensive customer and competitive analytics initiatives to understand customer behavior and market positioning Conduct deep analyses of customer shopping patterns and translate findings into actionable business recommendations Develop and maintain relationships with third-party data providers to enhance competitive intelligence and market insights
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics 8+ years of experience in analytics with a focus on complex analytical projects for cross-functional stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience in mentoring and developing analysts Proficiency in SQL and advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau Experience with AI and emerging analytics technologies to enhance analytical workflows
