🚨 WE’RE HIRING – DIRECTOR OF SALES | ARCHITECTURAL SIGNAGE 🚨📍 Remote – USA🌎 West Coast / Southwest preferred, but open to exceptional candidates nationwide💰 $150K–$170K Base + Commission +
Benefits: We’re partnering with an established business within the custom architectural signage industry to recruit a proven Director of Sales who can drive new business, grow key accounts and lead a high-performing sales team. This is a senior commercial role for someone who understands the signage market, knows how to build long-term client relationships and can combine hands-on business development with strategic sales leadership.
🔹 The Role: ✅ Drive new business across custom architectural signage projects✅ Develop and grow existing client accounts✅ Lead, mentor and support the wider sales team✅ Build and execute sales strategies alongside the VP and Senior Leadership Team✅ Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and commercial growth plans✅ Identify new markets, opportunities and strategic accounts✅ Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients and industry partners✅ Monitor pipeline activity, sales performance and business goals✅ Work cross-functionally with estimating, project management, operations and leadership teams🎯 We’re looking for someone with:🔹 Strong experience within the architectural signage / custom signage industry🔹 A proven track record of winning and growing high-value accounts🔹 Experience leading and developing sales professionals🔹 Strong strategic sales, forecasting and pipeline management capabilities🔹 The ability to build relationships at senior and executive level🔹 A commercial mindset with a balance of new business development and account growth🔹 Experience selling complex, project-led signage solutions This is an excellent opportunity for an established sales leader who still enjoys being close to the market, developing relationships and winning business, while also having the opportunity to shape the wider sales strategy of the organisation.📩 Interested in hearing more?
