This role is focused on building and maintaining relationships across multi-family, HOA, commercial, and commercial real estate — meeting face-to-face with property managers and facility managers, and staying visible in the market through weekly lunch-and-learns and industry events. Growth opportunities also extend into commercial large loss, fire damage restoration, and asbestos & mold removal specializations. Uncapped commissions with initial OTE of $150K+. This is a hands-on, high-activity role: you'll spend the majority of your week out in the field, hunting new business and farming existing relationships with property managers and facility managers across multi-family communities, HOAs, and commercial real estate portfolios. We're driven by one goal: making fire and water damage "Like it never even happened."You'll be a consistent, visible presence in your market — building your pipeline through daily prospecting, face-to-face meetings, and weekly lunch-and-learns and events. When a client experiences an emergency, you may be the first on scene, coordinating the mitigation team as they stabilize the situation and support everyone impacted.As a valued SERVPRO® Franchise employee, you'll receive competitive pay with bonuses and the opportunity to learn and grow.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive high daily activity — in-person visits, calls, and touchpoints — to hunt new business and farm existing relationships across multi-family, HOA, commercial, and commercial real estate accountsMeet or exceed assigned sales quota by executing the full sales cycle, setting closing appointments, and maintaining an active, growing contact listBuild and maintain face-to-face relationships with property managers and facility managers, positioning SERVPRO as their first call for any water, fire, or mold emergencyHost and attend weekly lunch-and-learns and industry events to build visibility and stay top-of-mind with property and facility management contactsParticipate in relevant professional associations (e.g., IREM, BOMA, CAI/HOA management groups, apartment associations) to expand your network and generate referral businessCold call and prospect daily to open new accounts and uncover opportunities within your territoryEducate prospective clients on why SERVPRO is the right restoration and construction partner, and nurture existing accounts to drive repeat and referral businessLead clients through the restoration process, ensuring exceptional service, seamless project execution, and proactive problem solving — becoming their trusted advisorBuild strategic relationships with insurance adjusters and carriers to support account developmentProvide project management oversight for small-scale jobsCollaborate with sales and operations teams to foster teamwork, continuous learning, and process improvementPrioritize client satisfaction by addressing concerns proactively and turning challenges into long-term trust and loyaltyTrack all activity, meetings, and pipeline progress daily in SalesforcePosition Qualifications2–5 years of progressively responsible B2B sales experience with a strong hunter mentality and daily field activityProven track record of new business development and relationship management within multi-family, HOA, commercial, or commercial real estate markets (preferred)Comfortable with a high-volume, relationship-driven sales cycle — daily prospecting, in-person meetings, and consistent event/lunch-and-learn participationStrong business and financial acumen with a process- and results-driven attitudeExperience in commercial cleaning, restoration, property management, or insurance industries preferredExperience with Salesforce preferredBachelor's degree in marketing, business, or equivalent experienceAbility to pass a background check, subject to applicable lawStrong customer service skills and the ability to navigate sensitive or emotionally charged situationsBenefitsMedical, Dental, VisionPaid Time OffSick Paid Time OffMatching 401(k)Competitive compensationPersonal development opportunitiesAll employees of a SERVPRO® Franchise are hired by, employed by, and under the sole supervision and control of an independently owned and operated SERVPRO® Franchise.
