Job Description:
Provide high-caliber HR Contact Center support by answering inbound calls, creating and managing cases, and resolving employee inquiries related to payroll, LOA, policy, and HR services. Partner closely with Payroll and HR teams to support payroll inquiries, interpret timekeeping and payroll logic, and direct employees to appropriate resolutions without processing payroll directly. Deliver day-to-day administrative support including employee data updates, tuition reimbursement processing, employment verifications, policy guidance, and compliance acknowledgements.
Preferred qualifications include:
5+ years of customer service/contact center experience, Spanish language skills, and experience handling inbound calls, case management, and HR-related inquiries.
Education: Associate Degree
