About the role
To support the Chief Management Office, the remote Analytical Support Specialist will conduct comprehensive reviews and analyses of mission-critical service level agreements, develop strategies for business office functions, and manage data reporting to provide actionable insights to management.
Key responsibilities:
Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of service level agreements for Other Government Agencies, ensuring compliance with metrics and outputs
Design and evaluate agreements, managing procedures for collecting and analyzing performance data related to customer relationship management
Collect and analyze data to produce reports that provide actionable intelligence to management and stakeholders Required qualifications 10+ years of hands-on experience managing relevant service level agreements and financial agreements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, English/Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent)
Experience in customer management or account management
Proficiency with Momentum and Adobe software
Experience in using AI tools for agreement analysis and process improvement
