Build your team's expertise in taxonomy, PDP/PLP optimization, site merchandising, and testing practices. Serve as Fleet Farm's site merchandising subject matter expert and represent ecommerce merchandising needs in cross-functional planning with IT, Marketing, and Buying/Merchandising.
What You Bring: Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience in Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field. Demonstrated knowledge of ecommerce site merchandising, including category and taxonomy management and PDP/PLP content best practices. Working knowledge of onsite A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or similar platforms. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use customer behavior and site performance data to identify opportunities, measure results, and make decisions. Previous experience directly managing or leading a team preferred, with demonstrated ability to coach and develop others. Proven ability to lead projects and initiatives involving multiple cross-functional partners. Experience managing external service or technology vendors preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. What Makes Someone Successful in This Role? You understand that great site merchandising is about more than putting products online. It's about understanding how customers shop, what helps them find the right product, and where friction in the digital experience may be getting in their way. You're curious about the story behind the data. You can identify when a category, page, search experience, or customer journey isn't performing as expected, dig into the information available, and turn those insights into meaningful improvements. You're also comfortable balancing strategy with execution. You can think about the bigger digital shopping experience while making sure seasonal resets, promotional pages, product content, and merchandising priorities are executed accurately and on time. As a leader, you set clear expectations, provide meaningful feedback, and enjoy helping others develop their skills and expertise. You're comfortable making decisions, managing competing priorities, and communicating recommendations to both business and technical partners. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
