About the role
- Own the client relationship from sales handoff through onboarding, implementation, account management, and expansion.
- Run weekly strategy calls with client stakeholders (CMO, COO, franchise ops, marketing managers).Live in our dashboards and data: spot utilization gaps, campaign underperformance, and revenue opportunities before the client asks.
- Surface product gaps and feed a prioritized backlog to our product and engineering team, with clear requirements.
- Build the playbook: onboarding checklists, QBR templates, and ROI reporting that scales beyond you.
- Help scope and price expansion work with the founder and our growth advisor.
- Who you are4 to 8 years in client strategy, growth analytics, marketing operations, or consulting, ideally with multi-location, franchise, or fitness, wellness, or beauty brands.
- Comfortable in data: you can read a funnel, build a pivot, question a number, and explain it to a non-technical operator.
- Hands-on with tools like Klaviyo, HubSpot, GA4, Meta Ads, and booking or POS systems (Mindbody, Zenoti, Boulevard, or similar).Hungry and practical, comfortable giving directional input while digging for exact details.
- You strive to delight customers.

- Based in the DC or NYC area with regular co-working with the founder, minimum of bi-weekly.
- We'll consider other East Coast candidates, but EST is a hard requirement for client coverage.
- Some travel required.
- Why this role
- Direct line to the founder, you'll shape how this function works and we'll iterate as we go.
- Real ownership over accounts generating six figures each.
- Product-native career path, but experience in professional services is a nice to have.https://growthminded.co/careers/client-solutions-lead to apply
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
