Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Training & Development (Contract) – If interested, call the number at the bottom of the adI'm partnering with a leading pharmaceutical/biotechnology company seeking a Senior Manager, Medical Affairs Training & Development to lead training programs supporting onboarding, continuing education, capability development, and launch readiness across Medical Affairs teams.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a scientific discipline• 5+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience• Experience developing and delivering Medical Affairs or scientific training programs• Strong understanding of Medical Affairs and scientific exchange• Experience translating complex scientific information into engaging training• Experience with adult learning principles and live/virtual facilitation• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Power Point Preferred Qualifications• MD, PharmD, or PhD• Oncology or hematology experience• Launch or Medical Affairs launch readiness experience• Global/regional Medical Affairs collaboration• Experience managing external training vendors Responsibilities• Lead training programs from needs assessment through implementation and evaluation• Develop and deliver onboarding, continuing education, and launch readiness training• Partner with Medical Affairs leadership and subject matter experts to identify training needs• Translate scientific and clinical information into clear, engaging learning materials• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions• Manage project timelines, stakeholders, vendors, and deliverables• Ensure appropriate scientific and compliance review of training materials• Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements• Provide reporting on project metrics, training outcomes, budgets, and vendor performance• Guide team members and support compliance and process improvements Due to the volume of applications, the fastest way to be considered is to call me directly at (919) 892-9841.
