About the role

What You'll Do:
  • Conducting field observations associated with existing facilities
  • Performing facilities related services including roofing and waterproofing, fireproofing and firestopping, exterior insulation finish systems (EIFS), anchor testing, coring, scanning, material sampling, leak investigations, and forensic investigations
  • Interacting and communicating effectively with site contractors, other technicians, and project managers

  • Interest in building forensics, mechanical systems, and structures
  • Position requires carrying 40 - 70 lbs multiple times a day or occasionally lifting 85 lbs to waist height Must be able to provide suitable transportation for use on job sites - mileage will be reimbursed
