About the role
100 Hires, Inc. in Franklin, KY is seeking a production technician to run Itema rapier weaving looms and ensure high‐quality fabric output. This in‐person, full‐time role focuses on setup verification, changeovers, defect addressing, and safe operation. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with doffing, keep records, and collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment running smoothly. A high school diploma or GED and hands‐on weaving experience are preferred.
